- Customer will make the Payment to the Account of Inside Home ( Creative Enterprises)
For all the Service Charges including the Cost of Spare parts.
- Inside Home will make the payment to the Technician within 72 hours after deducting the 25% of Service Charges & 15% on spare parts.
- Technician will not receive any Cash from the Customer.
- There will be 2 type of Membership for technician, one is Prime Membership Charges of Rs 1000 & other is Priority Membership Charge of Rs 2000 which is one time & nonrefundable and treated as Platform using Charge. Priority Member will be given Preference on Customer Booking.
- Wearing of Inside Home Uniform is compulsory while visiting the Customer to provide the Service.
- If The Technician will cancel the Customer Booking within 2 hours of the Booking Slot Time then The Technician has to bear or Pay Rs 200 as Penalty/ Cost for not attending the booking which caused the inconvenience and which will be deducted from his payout or security Deposit.
- If there are any Customer complaints regarding the damage of his product or any kind of losses to customer, there will be penalty to the Technician which will be decided after proper investigation.
- Complete Customer Satisfaction is our motto so Technicians are advised to keep in mind while handling the Customer.
