Refund & Cancellation Policy
Disclaimer: Please read Our Policy for the refund & cancellation details as follows
- Refund will be paid to the customer only, who has made the payment to us.
- No refund will be paid for partially utilized services and no shows.
- Request Received for Cancellation within 2 hours of the booked slot will not be treated as cancellation and it will be fully chargeable & there will be no refund to it.
- Request Received for Cancellation from 2 to 4 Hours before the Booked Slot will be Chargeable Rs100.
- Request Received for Cancellation till 4 hours of his Booked Slot will be chargeable Rs50.
- Free Rescheduling of Booking, Customers can do it at least 4 hours before the booked time Slot at the Customer Profile Section. (Without any Cost).
- If the Customer payment is made through credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of payment and in case of other mode of payment, refund will be made to the account subject to Valid Account details provided.
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if the Customers are displeased & dissatisfied with the services provided, they can raise a Complain for the refund of it from us with providing their valid Account details and returns will be subject to the reasons provided are genuine and proved after investigation only. We request the Customers to please read the fine prints of each service before availing of it & it provides all the details about the services you avail.
